I took a walk from the Shinkansen East Transfer Gate to the Shinkansen Central Gate via Kyoto Station’s famous “Grand Staircase.”
🚶♂️ While leisurely walking, I unexpectedly came across a falconry scene!
As I was walking around the premises, a real hawk suddenly appeared in front of me.
“Are you really going to fly a hawk in such a busy station?”
I was surprised at first, but the sight of the hawk soaring through the sky was truly impressive.
It was a strange and precious experience, as historic culture and modern station space came together.
🌟 Rediscover the charm of Kyoto Station
Even if you normally just pass through a station, you’ll make new discoveries if you stop and take a moment to walk around.
We recommend taking a “mini stroll around Kyoto Station” for a little while before or after your trip!
