Why we created this site

I use Kyoto Station every day, and I often see travelers with large luggage having trouble. The Shinkansen, JR conventional lines, and the private Kintetsu Railway are all in the same station building, and the subway runs directly underneath the station, so even I, who am used to the area, can get confused about which route is best.

Even I, who am used to the area, can get lost, so it’s only natural that travelers can get lost.

That’s why I started this website, hoping to provide route guidance that will allow even those who are not familiar with the area to get around smoothly.

Kyoto Station has a very complicated structure, and there are shortcuts and loopholes, but I hope to be able to provide barrier-free routes that will allow people with suitcases to get around safely.
